Shipping Rates

We currently offer flat-rate shipping on all online orders:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95
  • Free Shipping On Orders Over $50.00

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, promotions, or new drops, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on package size and destination.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3–7 business days, though delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmations & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Saving On Threads is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Saving On Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or using a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for returned or exchanged items.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may ship together or separately depending on availability and fulfillment location.

Flat-rate shipping applies regardless of the number of items in the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
