Return & Store Credit Policy

We totally understand that sometimes something just doesn’t work out! 💕

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• Free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, odors, or other signs of wear

• Returned with original tags attached

• Received by us within the return timeframe

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue store credit that you can use toward something you love even more.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order or your item arrived damaged.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene and other reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any non-returnable merchandise will be clearly identified before purchase.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.
